I had a great experience at Dodge City. The salesman was easy to deal with. No pressure at all. We had a little back and forth but came to a deal pretty quick. I'm very happy with the deal I got. There are just too many dealerships in DFW and too many opportunities with online car shopping for a dealership and its salesperson to not offer good service and right a wrong .Please look at all the other opportunities with online car shopping for a dealership and its salesperson to not offer good service and right a wrong .Please look at all the other dealerships before you look at a car at Dodge City in McKinney,Tx. First, before you walk out the door, they press you for a good online review, and immediately start calling you until you complete a review through their review service. I'm thankful I didn't finish that review because my opinion of how they treat customers has changed. We purchased a 2015 Altima on August 1,2020 from Dale Graham at Dodge City. I wanted to get a mechanic over to see the car before we purchased the property, but Dale discouraged it. Dale told us not to worry, while it was an "as is" sale, if something happened related to the condition that they wouldn't leave us in a lurch, however after six months, not to call them. That seemed fair. We have barely owned the car for three weeks. Yesterday the battery needed to be jumped. This morning the car wouldn't start again so we had a mechanic look at it and the mechanic explained it was a bad battery, not old, but bad. We contacted Dale and repeated the conversation we had with him on August 1st. Dale offered to sell us a new battery for $175 but would not agree to pay for the battery replacement. Dale explained that it was like a light bulb and not his responsibility (A $175 light bulb.) We wouldn't have paid what we paid for the car if we knew we would be not only inconvenienced but would have to purchase a part for the car to work within the month. We'll get a new battery elsewhere (at least that way I know it will be a new battery) More
