I was not treated right from start to finish the only person who actually took care of me was Craig the finance guy. I get a call two weeks later getting told the guy was fired so I asked about my order and they didn't know about it. They said I didn't need to come up but I was concerned and drove up there and got told that nothing was put in had no idea about my order. By this time when taking my order it was no longer going to be a 2023 but a 2024 and it only came in as a hybrid. So again I make the order. I was told David would be my guy and keep me updated but after the initial letting me know it is placed I hear nothing from no one till I get told is ready to be picked up. I work 5 days a week 12 hours a day 7am-7pm so I leave work early to come pick it up and I'm being rushed to look over the vehicle. I found concerning divets looking at the paint with fluricent light. I told him my concerns but I was blown off and Joe Furgeson tried rushing me through the paperwork. I refused to sign that it was undamaged and he got frustrated and rude with me then I noticed that they added almost 3,000 miles on my trade in and took off $2,000 for my trade in. He told me mileage doesn't matter and urged me to hurry. I told him I'll finish the paperwork at a later time cause it didn't feel right. This was on a Tuesday night before they were closing so I got back in my old car and went home. Over the next few days I got patronizing phone calls that the paint was fine and to hurry up and pick up the jeep. I even got text messages saying to pick it up before they put it up for market. They knew I worked 7am-7pm I told them I was busy and wouldn't be able to come back till my day off. So I get there Saturday and it looks like they buffed everything out. Fine so I go in and ask for the correct mileage and information for my paperwork and Joe just scribbled my actual mileage in. At this point having gone back and forth added another 150 miles on my trade in. Joe was extremely rude to me throughout the process I hate that he got the commission off me cause I customized my car and it came out to $74k. He didn't show me anything on my vehicle and didn't tell me anything about it. He only helped me set up the remote start with my phone. I will never buy from Mckinney Dodge ever again. I did not have a good experience, I was not treated like a valued customer but like a chump. Even the finance guy Craig said I was not treated right at all but the managers didn't care enough to do much for me but take off $1,200 for the incident of charging me without placing my order at the start. Which I had to bring in my receipt to prove I did indeed make the payment. More
