Very poor service. I called a day ahead to see if my jeep trail hawk could be serviced the next day. Was told yes bring it in the morning I had my vehicle there when th I called a day ahead to see if my jeep trail hawk could be serviced the next day. Was told yes bring it in the morning I had my vehicle there when the dealership opened. I was not given a call back to let me know my vehicle service was completed I called at 3:30 and was told it hadn’t even been serviced and it would be three days. If I was told this yesterday morning I would have never left my jeep there. I also had to schedule transport that morning and was not told that they cut off at 4 in the afternoon had I not called I would have never have known and would have been stranded at my office with no way to retrieve my jeep. Very disappointed. Service advisor Bailey should have given more details that morning or at least a Courtesy call. That afternoon. More

Had my tires rotated on 9/28/23 and they probably forgot to put the Lung nut lock key back. When I got home, I Noticed it was missing. I called and left a message to Chris Kite to see if I could come by to to put the Lung nut lock key back. When I got home, I Noticed it was missing.
