The team at CJDC was great! I had a few items that needed to be covered by recalls that they took care of and a warranty issue with some trim. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. Very bad customer service! This was my first encounter with the dealership for service. The service center definitely needs to do a better job. This was very inconvenient especially because I was given a timeframe of about 3 days and my vehicle ended up being in service for 10 days! I had to rent my own vehicle and pay for this expense out of pocket. Advisor Ryan did not communicate with me, instead I was calling the service center every day, multiple times a day seeking an update on my vehicle. Every time I called I was told “tomorrow” and then there I was calling again the next day after not hearing from my advisor. I was not taken care of in a timely manner nor did I feel like I was a priority. I was not contacted with the diagnosis & resolution plan. I had to call in on day 3 just to find out that my vehicle was still not ready and the part had to be ordered. This was on a Monday at around 2:30pm when I was informed that the part had to be ordered and was given another “ tomorrow or the next day at the latest” the part did not arrive until Thursday and then I was informed that it would be another day to get it fixed. In the midst of this I even asked to speak with a supervisor and was just handed right over to my advisor even after explaining my frustration. Friday afternoon comes around still no update no call from the advisor to keep me informed of the process. I called in to seek an update to find out that the technician was running into trouble with the dash while trying to replace the evaporator to fix the a/c. I was told the technician would do his best to have it done by Saturday afternoon but Monday at the latest. Monday still no calls from my advisor or anyone to provide me with an update. Instead I had to call in again and I was still not given a guaranteed time. I got my vehicle back at 6pm on Monday evening. This whole experience was horrible and very stressful. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and improvements are made for the service department. More
