I have never bought a brand new car, let alone one that wasn't even on the lot to see and drive beforehand. He is definitely the best salesman that I have ever dealt with. He was very patient and respectful to what I was looking for and was very determined to help me find the car I was looking for. He never once tried to pressure me into buying something I wasn't 100% sure of being happy with. He went out of his way to get me my Charger when I was hesitant with the first one he found in his search after thinking it over. I picked the car up yesterday evening and am more than happy with what I was able to drive away with! It has everything I wanted and more... The next time I am shopping for a vehicle I will certainly be going back to Corey. They saved my family's vacation! My ignition quit working and I was at wit's end. My family is going on vacation in a few days, and I thought for sure that this would eliminate that My ignition quit working and I was at wit's end. My family is going on vacation in a few days, and I thought for sure that this would eliminate that opportunity by costing me an arm and a leg. I spoke with the service center to let them know that my Jeep was on the way, and to describe what the issue was. Speaking with Laura, she asked me if I wanted the good news or the bad news first. I said "Give me the bad", but she refused. She said "Let me tell you the good news first. This sounds like an issue that is currently under recall. We will replace the faulty ignition module, and you will get two new key FOBs, to boot. The bad news: we are busy and I am not sure what time we can get your vehicle into the shop." Following the vehicle to the shop, I met Laura in person. She told me there was no reason for me to have come down, and wanted to know if I needed anything from the Jeep. I said "That all depends on whether I will have the Jeep back tomorrow (because I needed my pool cue to shoot in a league the following evening).". Laura said "Don't worry, we will have the Jeep back to you by 3 this afternoon.". I could have kissed her (not that may wife would have approved if she found out!)! In the end, I paid nothing as it was all covered by the recall, and my Jeep now starts beautifully. In the end, I would recommend my friends who are Jeep owners (and I actually did that last night as a friend stated that she had been told by another dealership that the parts needed to fix HER Jeep for the same problem would not be available for months) to visit this dealership with any issues. We were greeted by Stefanie who handed us over to Jake Fugate who had us in the truck we wanted within an hour. Jake was professional, patient, and placed no pressure on us to make a decision. He also worked on and presented various lease and buying options.(We Purchased) We arrived at 10:00am and we left with out new truck at 3:30pm. Financed, registered all in less than a day! A bumpy ride but smoothed out Corey Hines was a great sales man to work with. He was easy going and personable. He did not try to up sell us and just wanted us to get the Jeep we were going to love. He made the purchasing easy and was very accommodating in getting everything ready for pickup. Our problem began when we picked up the car and found multiple areas that were scratched and the car had not been inspected yet. Corey was very apologetic and promised to get everything right but this led to multiple additional inconveniences and trips back to the dealer. As much as we do feel Corey deserves 5 stars for his excellence in customer service, one strong bit of feedback would be for him to have looked the car over before handing it over to us in that condition. At the end of the day we would recommend Corey to any of our friends and family but the dealership as a whole could have been more professional and held itself to a higher standard. More

Not only that, but we came back that night for a second Jeep. Laura pushed a large network of banks for the best financing (which beat our own bank) and pushed a little further with personal calls when I held Jeep 24 to the maximum payment. Laura does her due diligence and when we found an error, the management team stood behind their promises. This was the best experience buying new cars. -Jim More
