I told him that I was test driving a few different brands to see what i wanted to purchase. So i test drove the grand cherokee. It was an amazing car and i fell in love. But i had promised my husband i would look at the acadia as well. When we got back from the test drive i sat down with Nick and we discussed some numbers. I had then said i liked the price and the car but had to finish my shopping. He said ok but had to let his mgr know where we stood. Thats when my whole experience here had changed. I went from a sales professional with Nick to a professional jerk named Jake. He came over and tried to push a deal down my throat would not take my word that i had to finish my shopping and i would most likely come back. He just kept pushing and pushing. He was improfessional and quite frankly an xxx. I didn continue my shopping and did decide to purchase a jeep grand chrokee. BUT i didnt go to Jeep 24 BECAUSE OF THAT "used car salesman" Jake. I am giving 5 stars only because I dont think Nick should be held accountable for Jakes actions. If you want to buy a Jeep ask for Nick but beware of Jake he will not listen to what you have to say. He just tries to jam a deal down your throat. Reading prior reviews i think i am not the only one who feels that way. This dealership really needs to look into his performance. I dont know how many deals he has been able to make for them but he did lose my business and any one i decide to tell about my experience. More

dirty engine salesman was great. But they sold me a brand new 2015 jeep with a filthy engine. Looked like it was stored in a very dirty environment. Salesman agree salesman was great. Bait and Switch Went to Website. Found 2015 Patriot. Clicked on " Get E-Price". Received an email with a lower price. Great! Called. Talked to Ali. Verified price in Went to Website. Got call back from Jennifer. Asked for us to forward email to her. Verified price in email. Was told they would call back next day at 10:30AM. Next day at 2:00PM get call from Melanie?. First question was which website I was viewing. Next she said I was seeing wrong price on website because my browser wasn't updated. Then said "E-Price" was only good for college graduates and when financed. (we were paying cash) which was not stated anywhere in email. Classic bait and switch. Multiple websites, multiple prices, fast talk, rude employees (Melanie). Now waiting to see how long it takes to credit back my $500. It better be today. Please, everyone make sure you update your browser so you can get the "REAL" price at this place, not the one they send you. More

Even when my daughter was getting antsy, we were offered the time to think about all of our options to make a decision that suited us best. Would highly recommend asking for Brendan if you can, while I'm sure the other sales staff is great, our experience was with him in particular and he went above and beyond to make a deal that fell within our budget needs, while at the same time keeping in mind safety was a priority for our child. Would not go anywhere else when in the market for a vehicle new or used, great selection and prices, awesome staff and over all an easy experience. I decided to take a trip down to with my family to see if i could trade in my vehicle and get a vehicle a little bigger for my growing family. My salesman was L.J. He was terrific! I currently live in Cape Cod so it was a little bit of a drive to get down there but it was well worth it. I had brought my whole family down to make sure whatever i chose would have enough space for all of us. We had all Decided we wanted a beautiful certified Dodge Durango. My kids were so excited they wanted to leave with the car that day and ditch my old Rav 4 that had been through the ringer. I asked L.J. if that was possible. He assured me that it was. The whole process had taken a little while and my kids were getting antsy. They were very hungry and i had realized that we kind of skipped over breakfast to get to the dealership early. Next thing you know TWO PIZZAS were delivered to L.J.'s desk. Unbelievable. He must have known how hungry we all were. So me and my family ate one and L.J. ate the other. i could tell he was hungry too and didnt take a lunch being so dedicated to getting me to drive home with the vehicle. Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 exceeded my every expectation of what a car buying experience could be. When I first Walked through the door I was welcomed by a salesman named Brendan. I wasn't sure about what vehicle I wanted also what I could afford . I originally just came in to look around. After a quick talk with my salesman with what my wants and needs are in a vehicle and what my budget was, Brendan knew just what vehicle was perfect for me. He pointed me in the direction of a Ram 1500. Being unfamiliar with the truck and mostly driving Fords I couldn't believe the knowledge he possessed about the vehicle. Anything question I asked he had the answer for. I went for a test drive and was blown away by how well it drove and all the options it had. I knew this was the truck for me. Unfortunately after getting my credit looked at I wasn't in as good as a position as I thought I was . I wanted this truck so badly I didn't know what I was going to do. Brendan then introduced me to his manager AL Viera . He assured me that he would do everything in his power to get me into the truck of my dreams. He said that they have a great finance department that will work with me to get me what I want. Sure enough he was a man of his word and I signed the paperwork that day and have been a happy customer of cjdr24 for over a year now. The truck is still running great and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Brendan and AL and the whole cjdr24 staff and have sent many referrals their way. I'm thrilled to finally find somewhere I can trust and feel comfortable when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Go to this dealership and see Brendan. You won't be dissapointed!! More
