I wanted a new 2014 Dodge Avenger and they didn't have any since they aren't making them anymore. My salesperson was Brendan Rappoport and he was a pleasure to deal with right from the beginning. He assured me That he could get me exactly what I wanted and boy did he do that and more. I bought the Car on Monday and they had the car there by the next morning. They had to go get it from another dealership so I thought it would take at least 3-4 day but I was wrong. I signed paperwork on Monday and came back Tuesday morning to pick it up!!! They had it fully detailed, put a full tank of gas in it and I was so excited. I've never had Bluetooth but Brendan showed me how convenient it was to use and paired my phone. It's actually a really cool feature and I'm enjoying it very much. Brendan answered all my questions and was very patient throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Chrysler Jeep 24 to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I'm sure all the sales people are good their but make sure to see Brendan he was fantastic!!! More

Bad customer service experience Went in for a recall on a switch for a 2011 Dodge Caravan. Female service advisor looked at it and abruptly asked if I wanted an appointment. I said yes, but the switch had already been removed because it started smoking and I removed it for fear of burning the whole car. She jumped down my throat saying that THEY are the only ones who can remove the switch. I replied that I wasn't going to let the car burn. She started entering information into the computer while shaking her head as though I was some kind of idiot. I took my recall notice and told her she had a very bad attitude and that I would go elsewhere. I further told her I would report the experience to the management. She yelled back that she'll remember my name. More

I decided to go back the following week to see what I could do. Solomon was very attentive and got be great deals on both my trades and got me into a fully loaded 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited (very nicely loaded).
