I brought my 2007 Aspen LTD HEMI to be repaired and had the oil changed. Paid close to five hundred dollars for the 5 star work and was told the vehicle was all set. After pulling out of the lot the oil the oil changed. Paid close to five hundred dollars for the 5 star work and was told the vehicle was all set. After pulling out of the lot the oil light went on and before driving 1 mile returned to the dealer with a noisy engine after they examined the vehicleI was told I blew the engine. I think they forgot to put oil in it. They assumed no responsibility and actually lied about driving the vehicle. I was immediately "persona non grata" Customer appreciation & Loyalty meant nothing here, I would steer clear of this unethical business. The Owner was joke on the phone he lacked civility or any sort of fiduciary responsibility and is clearly the nemesis for this failing establishment. More
