I took my Jeep to the service dept. at Chrysler of Culpeper in the middle of the day and explained the issue. Within an hour they had investigated the issue confirmed everything was working properly and performed two service updates. It was a pressure free transaction without the normal car sales gamesmanship most of us expect when purchasing a vehicle. I didn't hear the normal "hey what's it going to take to get you to buy today" "what payment are you looking for" "maybe you are looking for more car than you can afford" "hey tell you what I'll call my wife and ask her if I can sell you this truck you call your wife and ask her if you can buy it" I witnessed the owner sincerely thanking one of his employees then he headed back outside to help his lot guys do snow removal.
