Disappointed On Monday I took our vehicle in for a tire repair (nail in the tire) and decided to get it serviced. After the appointment, I noticed there was oil o On Monday I took our vehicle in for a tire repair (nail in the tire) and decided to get it serviced. After the appointment, I noticed there was oil on our driveway and in our garage. We’ve only serviced this vehicle at Chuck Anderson and this has never happened before. Today, two days later, the tire pressure light came back on while driving to Excelsior. I took the vehicle back to the dealership to have it checked out. They couldn’t find anything wrong with the tires, however the tire pressure light is still on. When asked about the oil on our driveway/garage, I was told it was residual oil from the oil change (they did check for a leak today). Again, this has never happened before so it makes me question the service we received on Monday. I was also told today I needed new tires. This was kind of ironic since that wasn’t indicated on the paperwork from Monday. I am normally very satisfied with the service we receive, but not this week. More

My only frustration was would have liked to have been informed on status of my car - when it wasn’t done on the first estimated done date I had to call to find out what was going on. And the same on the second “done date” I had to call when it wasn’t done then and I waited two days after that date. Cody was always nice when I talked to him and I know things get busy, however being someone that works in customer service myself, customers really appreciate updates if those “done dates” are not going to be met. And it’s always better when you call versus the customer having to make the call. I still like you guys and will continue to bring my car there though :) More
