Can do an oil change I wanted an oil change, my sunroof to open and for my automatic running boards to operate properly. Came away with an oil change and an unrelated warranty repair. My sunroof still didn't open and they also told me my floorboard was wet (found after doing warranty repair). I was given the info on how to fix the running boards myself- ok I guess. Also had ordered a part for interior, when I got there they said it was the wrong part. Never got a call back on any of this... I still have a malfunctioning sunroof and I assume my carpet still gets wet. I found the right part myself. To make matters worse, I never got a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup. After trying to call every number for the dealer and getting no answer, I just drove down to see if it was ready. "Our phones have been down all day". Nobody has a cell phone? Unimpressed by everything at this dealer. They are friendly but I come there so problems can go away. Like I said, only a fraction of what I needed done actually got done. But they made sure to get that warranty claim fixed because it's easy money from Ford- a fix I didn't even know or care about. Outstanding customer service Ricky Baird went above and beyond for us! Our vehicle needed a special cleaning for tinted windows. It was worth the risk since we test drove it with Ricky, worked out a no-hassle sale, and easily financed it thereafter with Josh. Ricky is a Marine veteran, serving 3 tours overseas, and we appreciate his service to our country. He was very personable and friendly, making our purchase process easy and comfortable, helping my sister get a car she loves at the lowest market rate we could find within 350 miles.
