Ricky is the man! Great experience and purchase! We took the risk of driving 4 hours from St Louis to Kansas City, hoping that a vehicle offered by Chuck Anderson Ford was the right vehicle. It was worth the risk since we test drove it with Ricky, worked out a no-hassle sale, and easily financed it thereafter with Josh. Ricky is a Marine veteran, serving 3 tours overseas, and we appreciate his service to our country. He was very personable and friendly, making our purchase process easy and comfortable, helping my sister get a car she loves at the lowest market rate we could find within 350 miles. Started off positive, then slowly took a turn We thought all went well. Until we had to return several times due to dealer mistakes. We had to go back to sign documents the bank would not accept d We thought all went well. Until we had to return several times due to dealer mistakes. We had to go back to sign documents the bank would not accept due to printer not being aligned. We picked up the title, went to DMV, to find out no vehicle inspection was done. Returned for that. Driving home needed to clean winsheild....no fluid :-(. Apparently not an item checked with oil change, as there is an oil change sticker. Get back to DMV....wrong vehicle year listed on trade in. Appologies were offered, but definate break down along the lines of communication and follow through. More
