Started off positive, then slowly took a turn We thought all went well. Until we had to return several times due to dealer mistakes. We had to go back to sign documents the bank would not accept d We thought all went well. Until we had to return several times due to dealer mistakes. We had to go back to sign documents the bank would not accept due to printer not being aligned. We picked up the title, went to DMV, to find out no vehicle inspection was done. Returned for that. Driving home needed to clean winsheild....no fluid :-(. Apparently not an item checked with oil change, as there is an oil change sticker. Get back to DMV....wrong vehicle year listed on trade in. Appologies were offered, but definate break down along the lines of communication and follow through. More

Incomplete then damaged Took my truck in to get 2 new wheels installed. They had it for over 3 hours and didn't get it done. Then the service writer ran into a crate engine and damaged my bumper. Was told the service manager would call after his lunch break. No calls.... I finally had to call them after noon the next day.
