Poor customer service Purchased truck from Chuck Anderson Ford, the truck was not very well cleaned. The truck engine compartment was not even touched by detail shop. The truck is black and you could see dust film where they had missed washing the exterior. I thought most dealers washed and waxed the vehicles. When I was talking to sales man everything I asked about mechanical on truck he would state of course it’s ok or would not of passed inspection even items known to me not to be part of state inspection. The prior owner was a smoker they wanted to charge an extra $100 for a “sonic” clean system to help remove smoke smell, I declined and later found some dryer sheets under truck seats along with dried food chunks. More

Fast service I had a warning light come on and pulled up at the service center. Even though I didnt have an appointment they made time to help me and made time to I had a warning light come on and pulled up at the service center.
