We viewed other dealerships from Leavenworth to St. Lo This was my first dealing with Chuck Anderson Ford and the staff there were the absolute best. We viewed other dealerships from Leavenworth to St. Louis and Chuck Anderson was the only one to have the exact vehicle that my son wanted. sloppy bad attitude One of your mechanics got in my car covered in dirty and grease. And then another smarted off about it when a said something. He stated that’s what you get when you come to a shop. He didn’t know how to operate the wipers on my vehicle or open the hood. After I showed him how to do it the shop manager told me he hated to be a bad guy but I couldn’t be out there and needed to go inside. I explained to him what I was doing and he still told me to go. As a shop manager I believe he doesn’t need to be there. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with him and this is the main reason I don’t come to this shop that often. He doesn’t seem to listen to people and has an attitude whenever someone tries to talk with him. I have seen the way he treats other people and it’s almost with arrogance. More
