Easy and simple out the door! Great group of guys working at the dealership. Jim helped me from out of state getting my trade in and the new car deal all worked up. Had the modifications for me to drive with hand controls done prior to my arrival. Set up all the paperwork so we walked in and spent maybe an hour getting paperwork done then off to the new ride back to Texas. Great family dealership easy going and knows how to take care of you. Fast and friendly buying experience I had been looking at a particular type of used car for purchase on and off for about 6 months. I found one on their website that was a good deal amd I had been looking at a particular type of used car for purchase on and off for about 6 months. I found one on their website that was a good deal amd went to look, test drove it and it wasn't the right one for me. After that I found out they had just received another on trade. A few days later u went and looked at it. It was what I was looking for, but a little high on price. I was able to get them to come down a little and meet me close to what I thought was a fair price for the car. When we came to and agreement they handled the paperwork very fast. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. I never felt pressured or intermediated during the process. I will add that I was a little reluctant to deal with this dealership based on some word of mouth from friends and family while had purchased or attempted to purchase vehicles their before. I also had a very bad experience with their service dept before and I don't know that I will be using them for any of my service needs. More
