Really good first new car experience I was really excited that I was able to get a new car, trade in my old one, and take care of all the paperwork/finances all within 3 hours. I've purchased several new vehicles since I've worked for Ford motor co for almost 27 yrs now & sorry to say there are a few dealerships around KCMO that I won't do business with ever again. Chuck Anderson is different. My sales associate Michael Dreke was not pushy, knowledgeable & was down to earth. It seemed as though we have been friends for many years. I will definitely recommend Chuck Anderson Ford & Michael Dreke to anyone without a second thought knowing they will have a great experience & will be happy when they drive off the lot with their new vehicle.
