Hi Celine, Definitely not a fun position to be in, I understand. When your car was wrecked and you opted to replace the wheel with a used one (which is totally understandable) the wheel that was shipped to us the first time was incorrect. We returned it and ordered another after having them send us pictures to verify this time it was labeled correctly. It did take a long time for it to come in and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. We did silicone the broken wheel enough where we could pull the car in and out, but it definitely wasn't safe to drive on streets in the meantime. Ordered a mirror and had to have a cap painted. It took over 2 weeks to paint and when I went in to have it put on it was painted the wrong color. Neither the painter or assistant could explain how this ha More
