Paul is the best. .. kept me informed of what was going on. THEY CAME AND PICKED UP MY CAR from work. Extended warranty usage was seamless Took a little bit to fix but .. kept me informed of what was going on. THEY CAME AND PICKED UP MY CAR from work. I was working with a sales representative to purchase a pre-owned truck and it ended up being sold from under me by another employee. Poor communication between the staff and poor customer service.
