Most friendly dealership I ever bought a car from. Unlike the Ford dealer in Liberty that I ordered a truck from. Then didn’t call me to let me know it was in and sold it out from under me. I took my Ford Focus to have recall work done. I had an 8:15 appointment. They said it should be done by noon. They said they’d call me when it was done. I never got a call. I called them sometime around 8:15 appointment. They said it should be done by noon. They said they’d call me when it was done. I never got a call. I called them sometime around 4:30 and they said it would be ready by 5:30. I had company so I picked it up the next day. Looks like if they weren’t going to have it by noon they could have called and let me know. I won’t do business with them again. Poor communication . More
