Pretty slimey. Watch you paper work. They asked me to come back and resign something because of a bad contract they made. In new paperwork interest went from 0% to 3% that they so conveniently forgot to come back and resign something because of a bad contract they made. Walking in we were very unsure during a pandemic rather or not we should be making this purchase. Ricky and Elias were very professional and at the same time very relatable. Truly had the best experience purchasing my new Explorer. Everyone was great! Nick and Robert answered all of my questions and allowed me to take a few days before making my decision.
