Hi Mr. and Mrs. Beaty, Like I mentioned several times on the phone this morning, I would have been more than happy to call the Mazda dealership to get something worked out, however after you calling in to Mazda Corporate and them telling you no, it would take an act of God to get a warranty approval. While the Mazda is a 2018 with 10,000 miles on it, it is a pre-owned vehicle. We offered an extended service contract on the vehicle at the time of purchase and it was declined. When the vehicle drove off the lot, it did not have the ABS module fault code in it. We had owned the vehicle for nearly 90 days, and it had never once come on. We had no reason to believe there was an issue with it. Yes, if you had purchased an extended service contract, it would be handled, no problem. Along with the declination of extended coverages, Joe also signed an "AS-IS Buyers Guide", removing Chuck Anderson Ford from any liability for future expenses on the vehicle. I would have been more than happy to have the work done in my service department and complete it purely at our dealer cost without any markup, as I mentioned on the phone. If you decide to go that route, please call me at your convenience and we'll get it sorted out. If you have any other questions or concerns, I would love to hear about them. I'm sorry, sir, but at the beginning of our phone call I told you this was my first time buying from Chuck Anderson and that after this experience I may not ever buy from there again. Your response was to ask me, "Why should I help you?" So I am very hesitate to believe that you really want to help me. Also, we contacted corporate Mazda because your dealership told my husband that the repairs should be covered and that it being in an accident should be irrelevant.

No, the comment you made was towards the beginning. I remember it because it was very surprising to be spoken to in that manner. At this point I'm going to go through our paperwork from the purchase before making further decisions.
