We needed to get the recall for the airbag taken care of and was able to get an appointment scheduled at a convenient time. We also needed a Missouri vehicle inspection at the same time. Scott was terrible. He tried selling me an SUV and said to me “this is a better deal for me anyways because I make more $ off this deal.” He also continuously lied throughout trying to find the best car, to me “this is a better deal for me anyways because I make more $ off this deal.” He also continuously lied throughout trying to find the best car, and when we did, he sold it, refused to tell me, and tricked me into thinking I was picking up my dream car.
