Great service Worked with both Ricky and Josh. Was pretty busy that day and had some problems with some of the paperwork due to me. They worked through it even thou Worked with both Ricky and Josh. Friendly customer service but poor diagnosis. Brought my van for diagnostic code P0401. They replaced the DPFE sensor and the error cleared but returned after a couple hundred miles. The error ret Brought my van for diagnostic code P0401. They replaced the DPFE sensor and the error cleared but returned after a couple hundred miles. The error returned and on the next dealer visit they wanted to change a knock sensor for $1000. I chose not to spend the money and had to pay $119 for them to tell me there was a problem with a different system. After doing my own research I found the knock sensor is not connected to the P0401. The problem was carbon in the EGR port. The solution was on Youtube yet the service tech never suggested cleaning the carbon. It cost $450 for a dealer to fail and I had to repair it by following youtube vidieos. I expect more from a high cost dealer. More

Purchase experience We were in town to get inspections done on others cars. We had a long wait and saw that there were some used Jeeps on the lot. By the time I got off work that same day Dreke had him in our new 2020 Ford Edge. Randy was in a great mood. We love it. Dreke took us out for lunch. And the rest is history. Ask for Dreke.
