I want to really thank Doris Hill, for the Great Service I received the week of 8-19-11. I was ready to Trade-In a 2005' Malibu that I bought in 2006'. My boyfriend and I live in Jonesboro, Ar, and we traveled to Memphis to purchase a 2012 Camaro. Even though the car wasn't going to be in for a few days, he was honest with us about it, and we got all the paper-work completed so that all we have to do now is come pick up the vehicle when it arrives. The reason I gave the work a 4 was because after careful review of my vehicle I noticed I still had some scratches on the vehicle when it was suppose to be painted by the body shop. The reason I gave the price a 4 was because after really owning the vehicle notice a few imperfections in the interior that I had not noticed before that you would not normally see in a truly new vehicle such as the indentions that were on the inside of the hatch and the small indentions on the bumper, so I feel that possible a little more should have come off of the cost for those imperfections. Overall I am completely satifisfied and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone of my family and friends. Doris and Keith keep up the great work! More
