Tyler! Tyler! Tyler! Today we stopped in to Chuck Hutton Toyota without the intention of just looking! I was in the market for a SUV, looking at the RAV4, HRV, CRV and For Today we stopped in to Chuck Hutton Toyota without the intention of just looking! I was in the market for a SUV, looking at the RAV4, HRV, CRV and Forester. I drove a few with Tyler, but still wanted to drive a CRV. He was very welcoming to the idea of me shopping around. He told me to leave and come back whenever I was able, because he was pretty certain I would be back. I went to another dealership and didn't end up liking the HRV near as much. At that dealership I had the whole car buying experience in a bad way: managers trying to keep me from leaving, offering "better deals", and to throw in extras. While at that dealership Tyler told me I could call him and he would walk me through all the things they were saying. We quickly left and went back to Toyota. The whole experience was calm and easy. I could not speak more highly of Tyler and the Toyota experience I had. I plan on my new (to me) beautiful RAV4 lasting me a long time, but when the time comes to buy another I would choose Tyler and will definitely recommend him to everyone! More
