I was referred to James by a coworker. When I arrived HE LISTENED to my list of wants and TOOK HEED to what I was interested in! Because I had an idea of the features I really wanted, we were able to narrow down the available options pretty quickly. This was the most pleasant, non-pressured experience I have had to date during my 25-day search for a new car! I am completely satisfied with the customer service I received as well as with my purchase and I look forward many years w/ my new Camry! :) More

This is the second car I have purchased from Chuck Hutton Toyota. Both times James Robinson was the salesman, and he did an excellent job. I love the service department, too. I called David Hayes with a slight mission in mind and I wondered if he would be the guy to get the job done.....and he was!!! I spoke with him over the phone, for he was referred to me by a repeat customer wondered if he would be the guy to get the job done.....and he was!!! I spoke with him over the phone, for he was referred to me by a repeat customer, and told him what I was trying to accomplish. He called me back twice within the hour. The first time to ask what type of vehicle i was interested in and the second time to let know that he had me approved. He was fast, courteous, funny and reliable.
