My wife called Chuck Hutton Toyota to ask about a Prius advertised on their website. She spoke with Alex about the car and told him we didn't want any games, nor did we want to spend the entire day trying advertised on their website. He said he understood and that we should come on and take a look. We arrived and within minutes we were out on a test drive. Along the way, Alex explained how the Prius works and all about the different features. He was very knowledgeable about the Prius and Toyota's in general. We went inside and after a short negotiation we were being sent to sign the paperwork. Total time spent at the dealership was about two hours or less. Buying a vehicle can be stressful but the process was made less stressful thanks to Mark Tye and the other individuals I dealt with on the finance side. Upon consulting a salesman "David Powell and Brice Bivens", I found them to be extremely helpful. My wife and I got first rate treatment. We are younger people and when we told them we wanted to sleep on it their was no pushing. We greatly appreciated that. We went home talked our decision over and committed ourselves to buy from them. We were not bombarded by phone calls like you would receive from most dealerships. They really respected our request to sleep on our decision. The day of our signing was flawless. No wait, everything was in order. If my salesman didn't know an answer to a question I had they retrieved the answer from someone who knew. Upon delivery my wife and I dealt with Chris Todd whom we also felt was among the most knowledgable people we could ever meet about our choice of car. He took his time and went over our selected vehicle thoroughly and we never in any way felt rushed just because paper work was complete. Even after driving away, David Powell Brice Bivens and Chris Todd continue to amaze us with their professionalism even though we have already made a purchase.
