We started looking at Toyota camrys on line at the various Memphis and Mississippi dealers and inquired with Michelle Bracey about one of the listings. My wife & i found the car that we wanted and Chris Hill walked us through all the paperwork involved and answered all of our questions.We were happy with the deal we made on the purchase and the financing.All of the employees were genuine and friendly and it was sincere. I have been shopping for a new truck for awhile and I knew exactly what I wanted in the truck I purchased. At another Toyota dealership these extras seemed to be a problem...when I asked for these extras knew exactly what I wanted in the truck I purchased. At another Toyota dealership these extras seemed to be a problem...when I asked for these extras it was like I was talking a foreign language or something. I felt like I was being lead into buying the vehicle I wanted but not with the extras I asked for. At that time I almost dropped the thought of buying a Toyota and just stay with the brand I had. My brother had bought a Tundra earlier in the year. He suggested that I should call on his salesman Bernard Williams at Chuck Hutton. I made the call and set up an appointment to see Bernard the next day. From the moment I arrived at Chuck Hutton Toyota I felt like family. I picked the truck, gave Bernard the list of extras I wanted and with a little haggling it was done deal! I knew from the beginning that Toyota Tundra was one of the highest rated trucks on the road this year...but to me...It's those little things like extras that makes Chuck Hutton an awesome dealership! He even offered to run my credit again for free after 6 payments to see if I can get a lower interest rate. Wow! I'm so grateful for such a wonderful salesman, Mark Tye. Mark was great and didn't force anything on me. I wasn't just another sale to him and he took his time to make sure I was happy with the purchase I was about to make. I visited the dealership during a storm but I have to thank Greg for offering to detail my car. It was after 8 pm and the dealership was closed but I was so impressed with the offer.
