Torres has not been honest neither responsible, they have my 2022 Silverado High Country with 5k miles. They have it sitting there for 10 days now and no repairs have done to it. 9 days ago they had a list of the parts they needed and were 1 day away, now 9 days later they are still not there. (Obviously, no body ordered them) Now he says they will be in tomorrow. ( Well, yesterday he told me they would be in today, since parts were 1day away) Did I mention The past days I called and left a message and he never called me back until yesterday when I was on my way to the dealership. He claims he had covid, but even yesterday when he was there I called and left a voicemail and he didn't call me back, afternoon I called again and left a message with the front desk lady. At this point it's clear he doesn't care about me nor my truck. Did I mention they don't have a loaner for me? I been without a truck for 10 days and will be without it for about 10 days more,(now if they finally do what they say they will do) Richard Did apologize but his actions don't back up his apologies. I have proof that Richard Clearly ignored me. If I didn't check back with them over and over would they have ever called me? Humm who knows. by the way this is the 3rd repair that will be done to my New Truck, its the 3.0L diesel and its leaking/consumming a ton of oil, be carefull with this engines as well. It needs a ton of gaskets changed and other parts.
