This is an update to my September 7th review on my 2023 Buick Encore GX. I hope Mr Nash really reads these review and genuinely care about his customers because I feel like his service dept. doesn't. Lik Buick Encore GX. I hope Mr Nash really reads these review and genuinely care about his customers because I feel like his service dept. doesn't. Like I stated i took my car in for warranty work and they told me it wasn't the turbo but the turbo cooling hose. I was charged $898.00 for the repair which was about all I had left in the bank as i live on SSI and I had just paid my rent leaving me broke. I supplement my income by driving for Uber and Lyft but because my car has been in the shop since August 31st and unable to work as this is my work vehicle,I've exhausted all my funds . Long story short I spoke to Mr. Lopez about the problem and how the misdiagnosed it. I also did research on the probable cause for the cooling hose to fail and in speaking to other dealer technicians and also through Google I found that the blown hose can be caused by a failed turbo as the engine will run at higher RPM's than normal putting excessive pressure on that hose. I explained this to Mr. Lopez as this would fall under warranty repair associated damage and he told me he would check into it. On Tuesday the 8th I went back to speak to Mr. Lopez only to be told that there would be no reimbursement of my charges because the technician said the blown hose caused the tubo to fail. So they basically turned it around on me in order to not be out of money for the repair. I feel unappreciated as a valued return customer of Chuck Nash. I have been a return customer since 2017 and this is my third Buick I have bought from them. I tried going over to the dealership to speak to the GM about the situation only to be told the service dept doesn't have a GM. Mr. Nash I know your a successful business man and you give a lot back to the community and i applaud you for that but I'm just a 70 year old man trying to make ends meet and $898.00 may not be much to you but to a retiree struggling to survive in today's economy that amount was all I had to help meet my obligations which now I can't. If you really care about your customers then I hope to hear back from you on this unless all those review replies from Chuck Nash with (owner) next to them are AI generated responses. I feel taken advantage of and if we can't resolve this amicably then I'll take my future business elsewhere. More
I took my 2023 Buick Encore GX in for warranty repair on a failed turbocharger. I told my service writer I had gotten it diagnose and it coded out to be a failed turbo. The technician then diagnosed it and a failed turbocharger. I told my service writer I had gotten it diagnose and it coded out to be a failed turbo. The technician then diagnosed it and said it was a blown turbo cooling hose. I was charged $898.00 for the repair only to drive off the lot 2 miles and the engine light came back on and the instrument board message saying engine reduced power which is why I took it in for in the first place. The service agent (Seneca Coats) had charged me for a new hose because he claimed it was not a turbo warranty related issue. I spoke to the service manager (Robert Lopez) and explained the situation seeing my car had been there 5 days and they couldn't get to it for another 4 days which to me was unacceptable. He assured me they would get on it right away. Come to find out the turbo was bad all along and after doing some research come to find out that the blown hose could have been cause due to the failed turbo creating excessive pressure due to the higher running RPM'swhich would classify the blown hose as warranty related damage and i shouldn't have been charged for the repair. I feel they misdiagnosed the problem as I had already told my service writer that the turbo was bad. I feel I'm owed a refund as it was a warranty related issue. I have been a loyal customer of Chuck Nash since 2017 and a return customer as this is my second Buick I have bought from them. I take all my service needs and repairs to them as they have always done good in the past. I will reach out to Mr. Lopez on Tuesday when they come back to work and if he can't resolve the problem then I'll go up the ladder to the general manager and so on until I get some positive results on this matter. Im 70 years old on a fixed income and that $898.00 charge left me broke for the rest of the month! More
Don't waste your time, they never get back with you when it comes to getting an update on the vehicle you're purchasing. Called them for a whole week and they kept saying they'll call back. Two Months of Finance and Paperwork Failure – Deal Still Not Fixed On September 22, 2025, I purchased a used 2025 GMC Sierra with ~17,000 miles from Chuck Nash Chevrolet Buick GMC. I traded in two vehicles Not Fixed On September 22, 2025, I purchased a used 2025 GMC Sierra with ~17,000 miles from Chuck Nash Chevrolet Buick GMC. I traded in two vehicles: -2022 GMC Sierra – financed with GM Financial -2022 Buick Encore – financed with Chase Auto Finance The next day, September 23, I discovered the odometer mileage on the 2025 Sierra did NOT match the contract. The truck actually had nearly 24,000 miles—almost a 7,000-mile discrepancy. I notified the dealership immediately. On September 27, I met with the used car sales manager. He refused to offer anything in writing and verbally offered only free fuel and oil changes for 7k miles. When I asked for that in writing, he told me: -“I won’t be held hostage over the mileage error.” -“Take the verbal deal or we’ll cancel the deal.” I asked for until the next day to decide. On September 28, I cancelled the deal and returned the 2025 Sierra. The dealership returned both of my trade-in vehicles. That should have been the end of it. It wasn’t. As of November 14, 2025 — almost TWO MONTHS later: 1️⃣ 2022 GMC Sierra loan (GM Financial) — STILL not reinstated GM Financial shows: -$0 balance -“Payments Unavailable” They repeatedly tell me they are still waiting on Chuck Nash to submit the unwind paperwork. 2️⃣ 2025 GMC Sierra loan (Greater Texas Credit Union) — STILL ACTIVE & LATE Even though I returned the truck on September 28, the credit union shows: -Active loan -Payment due Nov 6, 2025 -Loan now marked late I am being charged for a truck I do not have. 3️⃣ 2022 Buick Encore loan — delayed so long, it showed months of late charges I finally sold the Buick myself to Mercedes-Benz of Austin, but that transaction is still not fully completed, and I am still waiting on final resolution. Loyal customer for 20+ years — treated like this? I’ve bought over 10 vehicles from Chuck Nash in the last two decades. This is only the second issue I’ve ever had with them — but it is by far the worst. I truly don’t believe the dealership appreciates long-term loyal customers. If this is how Chuck Nash treats loyal customers, then it may be time for me to go elsewhere. Shame on you, Chuck Nash. Shame on you. Buyers beware. More
When I went into the showroom I honestly did not know what I wanted but Jesse Garcia Arellano immediately came up to me and asked if I needed assistance. He had no idea how picky I was when he asked that what I wanted but Jesse Garcia Arellano immediately came up to me and asked if I needed assistance. He had no idea how picky I was when he asked that question. I told him all the things I didn’t want. The only things I definitely wanted were a medium size SUV with a large cargo area and leather seats. I currently owned a GMC Terrain and I was happy that. Jesse was so patient with me and my demands(pickiness). He drove me around the lot several times and searched his computer for the perfect vehicle for me. Finally after several hours Jesse found my perfect vehicle! It is a 2025 Buick Envision in Smokey Amethyst with light leather seats. I’m loving my purchase and I am eternally grateful to Jesse and his patience. He helped me setup and understand the space age dashboard and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left for my travel home, which by the way is 40 miles from Chuck Nash. This is the fifth vehicle I’ve purchased from them because of their excellent customer service. if anyone is considering purchasing a vehicle, go see Jesse at Chuck Nash! More
