Vincent Luna was our salesman and he was very good with us. We were looking for a GMC Acadia Denali trim or Denali Ultimate. We were happy to find the Denali Ultimate that we were looking for. Vincent thoroughly went over all details of the vehicle. He stayed late on a Friday night to help us in deciding and test driving. There is a ton of technology to review and Vincent showed all of it. I highly recommend Ancira Buick/GMC and be sure to ask for Vincent.

I had been searching across Texas for weeks, looking for a specific Yukon in a certain trim that was clearly in high demand—only ten or so were available statewide. Most dealers I contacted were either marking up the price well over MSRP and/or adding thousands in unnecessary extras. Then I came across the exact model and trim I wanted on GMC’s website, which showed it was in transit to Cavender GMC West. From there, the experience couldn’t have been smoother. I quickly found the vehicle on Cavender’s website and submitted an online price request. I got an instant response—and to my surprise (and Cavender's credit), they were offering the vehicle below MSRP with no dealer add-ons. A few minutes later, I received a call from Brandon Guzman. He confirmed the price without hesitation. No games, no changes—just total transparency. I asked if I could put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, and Brandon made it happen that evening. Over the next ten days, while I waited for it to arrive, Brandon stayed in touch. As soon as it landed, he called to let me know it would be ready the next day. I drove down from Austin to San Antonio, and when I arrived, the vehicle was freshly detailed, fully gassed up, and waiting for me to take it home. The paperwork took less than 40 minutes. He answered every question he could and if he wasn’t sure of the answer he would find out the correct answer. There was no pressure or attitude. No haggling on pricing.
