Louis Velazquez was very knowledgeable not only on the unique characteristics of the vehicle I was testing but also about future vehicle line ups. At the end he also gave me options and ideas on how to customize my Mini. What I enjoyed the most is that it was a very streight forward and "fair" negotiation......basically no negotiation, the price is the price which I kind of like.. Post selling service has also been great. The car is like my new baby and I have been getting pictures from Louis on how it has been "enhanced" with the John Cooper package.
