It doesn't feel like you are at a car dealership I was looking to trade my car in for a lease and having a really bad experience with it (everywhere else). The other dealerships were pushy and used creepy tactics. I was about to give up all together. Mini was completely different. They made me super comfortable. Jay was very patient with me. My husband and I live over an hour away from the dealership and have a hectic schedule (don't we all!) The day I leased he stayed an hour after closing to go over the details of my Mini with me. Jemar from the finance department stayed late too - to finish up my paperwork. They made everything so smooth and easy. I would recommend Cincinnati Mini to anyone. More

When I made my decision she walked me through the entire process. She took plenty of time to explain my car, the instrument panel and how everything worked. Since purchasing my Mini I have phoned and emailed her with some last minute questions and she has responded almost immediately.
