I thought the process was going to be challenging as I was working with a set budget in mind without sacrificing looks and quality. I left a message for Jay who contacted me almost immediately and worked with me on the phone. After reviewing the numbers and my list of likes and dislikes he gave me a couple of options and invited me to try them at their shop. By the time I went to the dealership, he had already worked all the numbers, gave me the chance to drive the cars from the Mini department but also coordinated a meeting with Susan Ward from the BMW department to consider other options.
