I originally stopped in at Cincinnati Mini just to check out the electric mini. I met Alex Kelly and he was a wonderful Salesman! Let me test drive and had a blast driving the electric, but i was still no out the electric mini. I met Alex Kelly and he was a wonderful Salesman! Alex contacted me after my visit and said if i was ever ready for a new mini to give him a call. Absolutely no sales pressure or gimmicks. It was amazing truly. about a month later, my Mini started having major issues and it was time for a new Mini. I went to meet with Alex and I ordered my new Mini Convertible- Sidewalk Edition. Alex was amazing with the knowledge of the Mini ordering process and listened to me when i spoke of what i wanted in this car. He kept me updated with my order! It was a very easy process from start to finish and i have had my new Mini for 1 week now and the treatment I received at Cincinnati Mini with Alex was PERFECTION! The Sunday after i got my mini, i texted him to ask about clarification on the use of some things in the car and he went out of his way to assist me on his day off! Alex is great at his job!! Buying the Mini from Cincinnati Mini was a very positive experience. My sales person, Paul Theobold, was very helpful in helping me pick out the options that I needed/wanted. He told me upfront that I would have to wait 5+ months for the vehicle. He kept me informed on the progress of the car being built.
