This review is not in reference to any contact with Tyler on 8/7. However, we had this appointment set for weeks to replace my wife’s cracked windshield and were told the windshield would be ordered/in stock on 8/7. However, we had this appointment set for weeks to replace my wife’s cracked windshield and were told the windshield would be ordered/in stock for this appointment from the initial service rep. Upon dropping off the car, we were made aware the windshield was never ordered and the service rep apparently quit or left. Because of this, we were unable to get the windshield replaced, we took off from work for no reason, and had to get the vehicle serviced at another dealership. It should not be on the customer to confirm the dealership has actually ordered parts prior to an appointment and there should be something in place to check this by the dealership. This situation caused by the dealership cost me valuable time off from work and stress to my wife who is over 30 weeks pregnant. More

This is probably the best Audi service dept. within 25 miles of me. People are always friendly and really trying to help any way they can. White back up light was out on the right side.
