Since the dealer has responded i have been trying to work with them to get this issue delt with but again its been making calls with no answer or waiting for them to call me with appointment times and no calls. I have been back and forth trying to make it right with them and they still haven't been able to reach out to me to make this work. I had a whole week of being available and was told i would get a call and an appointment but noone ever reached out and after that week i reached out and was told i would get a call this week, i waited till end of week to update and say again no call.
