I have never been disappointed with my experience at the dealership until now. The service upon arrival was fine. The associate typed up all the info I requested but things went down hill from there. In the past while I waited I would get a video from the technician showing the inspection and detailing it or he would come out and talk to me. Neither happened. Also, had requested to check the front axle for the noise I was hearing only to find out after waiting and hour and a half, there was no one who could look into this issue. The labor cost for the service was off the charts. This visit was very disappointing. Makes me think twice about bringing my other vehicle in for service. More
