My truck battery was dead. I had to jump it to get it started. I called the service department and spoke to Anthony. He said they wer biked for the day but if I came down for 11a he would squeeze me int started. I called the service department and spoke to Anthony. He said they wer biked for the day but if I came down for 11a he would squeeze me into the schedule. I got to the dealership for 11a and within 5 minutes they had my truck signed in. Because of covid I waited outside in the parking lot. About 15 minutes later I got a call that my battery was weak. I told them to replace it 30 minutes later it was done and I was on my way home.
