Went to look at new buick ending up buying a 2020 Buick Enclave. Charles Simmons was the sales person and I can not say enough good things about him. I usually dread going to a car dealership more than the Enclave. Charles Simmons was the sales person and I can not say enough good things about him. I usually dread going to a car dealership more than the dentist. But he was GREAT showed me the car I wanted to see did not try and shove any extras on me . Got the price I wanted to pay along with the interest rate I wanted . I would highly recommend them to anyone !!!! More

I was in the middle of a family emergency when my ATS wasn't driving properly on my way home from a hospital where my husband was extremely sick and in surgery. I pulled over and called service extremel wasn't driving properly on my way home from a hospital where my husband was extremely sick and in surgery. I pulled over and called service extremely upset about my husband. They told me to drive slowly and safely and bring car right in. Service test drove the car said it was safe and after the family emergency to bring it in. I was given a loaner car for the week and everything is fixed. More

I Purchased a CPO 2017 Acadia SLT in April and it had a small roof/rear door dent which Tony Izzo (Sales) said would be repaired for me when the body shops reopened. As promised, I brought it in for a rout small roof/rear door dent which Tony Izzo (Sales) said would be repaired for me when the body shops reopened. As promised, I brought it in for a routine oil change, etc and the vehicle was sent out to the body shop for repair. I was given a free loaner to drive as well. When I got the Acadia back, the body work was very well done and at no cost to me. I was kept up to date on the maintenance work as well as the body work by Henry Van Solekma (Service). I am pleased with the dealership's overall commitment to customer satisfaction. I even recommended the dealership to my son who then bought a CPO 2017 Cadillac ATS and is very satisfied with his purchase. More
