David did an awesome job keeping in touch with me when the lease on my Chevy Cruze was coming to an end. He knew I was looking for an SUV to help me carry my kayak and all my gear. The Buick Encore seamed to fit just nicely for my needs. David was right , I love the way it drives. I can't wait till the spring to put it good use. I left my suv there....it was there for a few days...put in struts and a tune up....paid over 2500 dollars..went into lot to get my car..check engine light now on....I went back into shop..they took it back in struts and a tune up....paid over 2500 dollars..went into lot to get my car..check engine light now on....I went back into shop..they took it back to service and had light shut off....I got home...next day check engine light on and fan constantly running...I called...yes...he said bring back in..but I know they will create this into another pricey problem....I will never go back there....oh...I had a headlight bulb out...said they could replace it for another 101 dollars. Sorry...cannot recommend them...quick to take money..poor mechanical work. Way overpriced. More
