There were no high pressure sales tactics. The team answered all of the questions I had. They explained all of the possible purchase options (i.e extended warranty, tire/wheel coverage. etc.) and were satisfied with my decisions without trying to bully me into anything I didn't want. I have had some negative ordeals in past car-buying excursions, and I was a bit skeptical walking through the dealership door the first time, but I must admit dealing with Walter, Tom, & Joe was nothing but a very pleasant experience. In fact, I hadn't even planned on buying a car that day, but they put a compelling offer on the table, and I am now a satisfied new Chevy owner! More

While waiting for the arrival of Buick roadside assistance, I could not have pictured myself motoring happily away from the dealership exactly 48 hours later with two new tires on the rims that had been restored to original condition (by a visiting wheel technician under a service contract). Duncan anticipated my arrival for a 2:15 appointment on Monday (arranged by Debbie Sarno) by researching options, and coordinated the repairs with his consistently friendly, efficient, and professional manner. More

No assist handle for disabled war veteran. I had made it very clear that I was a disabled veteran from the beginning. Flemington GMC delivered the truck on Wednesday because of Presidents Day o I had made it very clear that I was a disabled veteran from the beginning. Flemington GMC delivered the truck on Wednesday because of Presidents Day on Monday. I informed Flemington GMC that there was no driver assist handle and that this is a feature I assumed was there since the description states assist handles. . The response I received was that the salesman did research and found out the part is only about $50 and that some people installed it on their own. Then states that it would not cost me much to have it installed. Every time I try to get in my truck it causes me pain. You would think Flemington GMC would say lets order the part and install it for you, instead I get here's the price and how much it would cost me to have it installed. I paid $50,000 for a truck and they can't order and install a simple part to make my life more enjoyable when using this vehicle due to my disability. Also the wireless charging unit does not work and there is feedback using the wireless speech when using the cellphone. . I have not mentioned this because I feel the response would be take it somewhere and pay to have it fixed. I was probably informed 4 or 5 times to make sure to come to this site and rate their business. Maybe they should of been more worried that I can't get into my truck without being in pain. I was contacted by Flemington GMC thru a text asking me to call. So I call and I am told by Walter that they take their Dealer Rating seriously. I thought I would not be contacted directly from the company? So he told me they will order the part. So now I have to pay someone to get it installed. More
