25 years of over 15 cars says it all. My latest experience involved buying three vehicles. Two GMC Terrains and one GMC Canyon. It involved trading in vehicles. They are very personable, have a great sense of humor. Nothing like being able to laugh when waiting around for everything to get done. We were very impressed and thankful in how they were able to have the truck ready to go home the same day. Most dealers would have said that we would have to come back. My husband before we arrived there was ready to give them a little bit of a challenge . Then he saw what a nice deal they were offering us. He also enjoyed talking about fishing with them. We are very happy and excited with our new 3500 HD Chevrolet Truck. I had been looking for this truck for a long time and very happy that we found the deal that we did. Awesome customer service at Flemington Chevrolet My great experience started with Whittney Speckman from Internet Sales. After my inquiry in the internet about the 2016 GMC Acadia, she contacted me My great experience started with Whittney Speckman from Internet Sales. After my inquiry in the internet about the 2016 GMC Acadia, she contacted me and told me the vehicle was available and we scheduled a Test Drive. We set up an appointment for 1:00pm, as soon as we got there Art Cole from sales greet us (me and my husband). He had the car ready for the test drive and he went with us. During the test drive he explained all the features of the car. Then we went over all the details, the price of the vehicle, my trade-in, the finance options, the rebates. Eric Henderson was great in trying to get the best deal with the bank. Art Cole is an awesome sales person, very helpful and good sense of humor. After all the paper work was done, he took time to show us the Intellink radio and help us to set up the OnStar. At Flemington Chevrolet we felt very comfortable doing business with them and at any time we felt pressure to buy. They even greet you with beverages and food. Best experience so far. More
