Superbly Accomodating We had a wonderful experience so far. The people were friendly, informative and very accommodating to our needs. We looked at several dealerships and even when we called ahead we had to wait to see the car which was often dirty and littered with dunkin donut cups and napkins. This was not the case with this dealership even though we showed up at almost closing time the first time they did not act like they had one foot out the door and the vehicles were clean. Each individual was a perfect team player not one spoiling the experience. No high pressure sales pitches and no games. Each step of the way was stress free. Especially enjoyed the attention Art gave me with regards to all the buttons and mechanics of the vehicle. The tour to the service area was also helpful for the future. I appreciate the time Eric took to explain the contract and warrantees and the breakdown of each. Even though I was a fish out of water in this I did not feel short of air. More

She arranged for a loaner car throughout the service call. She had the battery replaced for me, knowing I was apprehensive to drive the car despite the fact the battery help a charge for 5 days. I had a "special" request for exterior and interior colors. He spoke with Rob Slack who located the exact vehicle for me. My previous car was appraised by Bob Morse, who gave it a fair value for its age. Once the decision to definitely purchase was made, we were directed to Eric Henderson, the business manager, to conduct the financial transaction. The whole process took 2 1/2 days, with constant communication from Mr. Machado to me at every step of the way.
