I found a wonderful Chevy impala on the lot for my brother, He was in need of a new car since his car was totaled in a accident .I had the pleasure again of doing biz with Elani and Eric .The transaction was flawless ! What a great pair of people , An asset to your co. When we arrived to pick up the car, We were treated like family ! And i Mean That ! My mother had also come with us and i don;t think she was ever in a dealership .She was like a kid in a candy store. It was very nice to see her happy and filled with joy ! We all felt like we were home in our living room with family members enjoying the time ! My brother George loves the car and loved the price ! Great experience! From the moment I walked in to this dealership, I knew I was going to be treated well. One gentleman asked if I wanted a cup of coffee. (I didn't even ask!) My sales person was Dave Lucia. He was very service oriented and got me into my new 2016 Verano in less than an hour! Best experience I ever had.
