But from the time I walked in to the dealership to the time I left, they made me feel like a FAMILY MEMB This has become a catch phrase in auto sales. But from the time I walked in to the dealership to the time I left, they made me feel like a FAMILY MEMBER. Starting with Bill Serridge in sales. He could not have been more informative and did not want me to leave, until I understood everything about the car. He gave me the best price, compared to three other prices I received on line. There was no negotiating about the price. He did not play the game of running back and forth to check with the sales manager. Then I sat with Eric Hendersen in finance. He was direct and to the point. He explained to me the final cost of the car and did not pressure to by any extra packages. I left his office really feeling good about by my Cadillac. Bill brought me down to meet John Villamil in service, he assured me I was getting a great car and he would be working with me for the next five years. Keeping my Cadillac in great condition, inside and out. I wanted to invite them all to dinner by the time I was done. More
