I did it! Who knew that buying a new car could be fun? My sales representative, Robin Carbone helped me through the process from beginning to end. He helped me create this car of my dreams. Since I ordered a vehicle with more options than most, the car had to be built. Robin informed me of the time frame that the car would be delivered to the dealership and his accuracy was spot on. I also chose to have the car Simonized as well as accepting the wheel and tire warranty for my new vehicle. Choosing the Simonizing was a great decision because once I saw the my new car, just waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership, the color really popped! I recommend this option very much. Once Robin and I completed all of the paperwork, again, he explained every detail of every page before I wrote my signature, we went outside so I could now sit in my new Cadillac ATS. He went over all of the details, explaining all of the buttons as well as helping me program all of the permanent settings I chose. Robin even helped me set up my new On Star membership that came with the vehicle - free the first year! Robin wanted to make sure I was comfortable with any future service visits for my car, so we walked over to the service and parts department where I met Michael Del Gaudio, who offered to help me with any service needs down the road. I was getting ready to happily drive away, but wanted to say thank you again to all the wonderful employees who congratulated me with my new car: Jeff Parker - General Manager, Bob Morse - Pre-Owned Manager, Brenda Royer, who was so helpful as the Finance Manager as well as other sales representatives who just wish me well with many happy miles in my new car: Eleni Chatzidake, Brett Mannon and Adam Meyer. Thank you all for helping me create the car of my dreams and as I said before making the process of buying a new car FUN! I cannot say enough about the people at this dealership. In today's market place there are so many options available, especially with the availability of the internet, but when it comes to choosing a dealership I've found my chosen place, Flemington Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC The people really do make the difference!!! I have to say that we are not the easiest people when it comes to buying anything let alone a car and Jon Ramberg did an excellent job explaining and carrying out the process. He even took the time to show me the new features that are in my new car. Eric made the finance experience great and for us being newbies at the car buying experience having to finance he made the process really understandable and tolerant. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to be treated like family and have a non stressful experience. I was very demanding and all my demands were met! I drove 200 miles (3.5 hours) each way in order to come visit the sales and service professionals at Flemington Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC in Flemington, New Jersey, and my experience was more than worth visit the sales and service professionals at Flemington Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC in Flemington, New Jersey, and my experience was more than worth the drive time from Northern Virginia and the expense I incurred in getting to the dealership. I hadn't been shopping for a vehicle since February 2007, when I bought the 2005 Chevy Impala that I ultimately ended up trading-in for the 2011 Buick Regal CXL Turbo (T02) from Flemington Chevy-Cadillac-Buick-GMC. So, believe me, purchasing cars is not something I do very often at all. I didn't really know what to expect from the whole process; if anything, I naturally assumed it would be an unpleasant awkward interaction (as it is at most dealerships), but the team at Flemington Buick made the entire experience as enjoyable as I suspect such a thing can be. I could say many more positive things about the customer service, fair trade-in price, lack of hard-core pressure tactics, patience with my nearly endless detailed questions, and other things. But I think the bottom line is this: the folks at Flemington Buick take pride in their work and are wholly different from the vast majority of new or used car dealerships in the country. I believe that they are setting the example of how a car dealership, or indeed any business, should conduct itself. The experience you'll have there is the way that buying a new or used vehicle should be, but rarely, if ever, is at most other typical dealerships. More
