He has always been of great help to find just the vehicle that I'm looking for. Our sales representative, Bill Serridge, couldn't have more more helpful and informative, showing us all of the features on the vehicle and how to use them including OnStar which he activated for us. He also took me over to the temporary Service Department to familiarize me with it for any service work I may need to have done down the road. Well I purchased a 2006 Cadillac DTS 2 weeks ago, my mechanic had to inspect the car because I was from Pennsylvania and he found that there was a leak in the rear valve cover that was just starting. I called the service department and was told that they would call me back in a couple of minutes. I received that call and it was from Bob Morse their used car manager, he was very hospitable when I purchased the car. He arranged an appointment at my convenience and assured me that he would take care of any problems that I had and also offered a loaner car if I needed one. This is a wonderful feeling, usually once they get your money then they forget who you are. This dealership just keeps going beyond your expectations. I arrived for my appointment and at 7 am was happily and cheerfully greeted by Brenda Reeser and quickly took my info and assured me that they will quickly evaluate my problem. While I was waiting with the other customers I started talking with them only to find that they also were treated special also. The dealership also had fresh donuts, beverages and snacks with WiFi for all the waiting customers. Brenda came out to me and explained that the valve cover gasket is leaking and they will replace it, and that Bob Morse will be right over to talk to me. Bob promptly showed up and had that loaner car for me to use. It took a few hours, but no problem the car was fixed and I was on my way home a few hours later. Keep up the great work, this dealership Is worth far more than the 2 hours I traveled for it. I Highly recommend this dealership, they really make you feel like your family.
