We made an appointment with Art Cole, who was referred by other family members. The process was laid back and a breeze from start to finish. My husband and I were in need of a new car shortly after our wedding when our get away car had died three days before our wedding. Art Cole worked with us and explained to us both why this was not a good idea and explained why we'd also want a warranty on our car which was probably one of the best things we could have done. He showed us a great car within our new price range which we ended up buying. When I had brought my parents back to see the car, he explained that it was in the shop as there were a few minor problems that they had found with it which they wanted to make sure were fixed. I had the car Saturday morning which was great and just in time for our honeymoon. When he realized that my car did not have the owner's manual, he immediately ordered it for me and I had it within a week! Art was great. He gave us time to talk without hovering, he had great ideas on what to suggest for a young couple just starting out, and most of all, he was honest with us. Brenda also was a big help. She got all of our paperwork together and even joked with my husband and Art, putting us at ease as everything went through. Great experience overall. Noha, the Internet sales manager just happened to be calling my home as I walked into the sales room that morning. "Good morning, I was just trying too call you! Can I get you some coffee? How can we help you?" We discussed what I was looking for, options I required, and offered to quote my trade in value. They did not have what I wanted on the lot. I knew that from my own search, and a previous visit to another dealership. I wanted a vehicle, that was going to be difficult to find. That did not stop Jeff Conrad and Noha from checking inventory from other dealerships while Jeff Parker evaluated my trade in. Noha found a vehicle, while Jeff C. helped to get me a $1000. on-line savings certificate. These guys where stepping over each other to get me what I wanted!!! Jeff P. gave me a fair price for my trade, no B.S., no sales talk, just an honest deal. Again, I knew what it was worth. They quoted me a price for the vehicle Noha found, $3000.00 less!!!!!! than what another dealer dealer quoted for an equlivlent vehicle. I thought for sure they where all talk, until they put it in writing!!! I offered a deposit, we had a deal, NO SALES PRESSURE, and signed a contract. That is the first time I ever( in my 40+ buying years) bought something (of that value) on the spot, with out going home to think it over!! (Granted, NJ consumer protection laws allow you to back out within 72 hours, but no need for that.) Now the trickery part. The vehicle we found on another dealers lot, well that dealer did not want to part with it. So Jeff Conrad, Noha Amin, and Rob Slack, spend the entire next day calling other dealers to get what I wanted. Jeff finally got it. Thank you Jeff, guess that's why you are a 6 time "Mark of Excellance Award Winner"!! The guys in the shop professionally installed the other accessories I wanted, and I'm currently enjoying my new truck! This was my first GMC purchase as I have always been a Ford guy. With my new job, Flemington GMC was close so I thought I would give them a try. For 7-10 days Jeff and I went back and forth via email and he answered the many questions I had for him, all with a timely, professional response. Jeff had to source the vehicle from another dealer as I was picky about the colors. The truck arrived on the day Jeff promised and was presented to me with every option I requested. Jeff did everything he could to make sure I received every savings offer that was available. After meeting with Jeff, it was time for paperwork, which nobody likes, you just want to get in your new truck and go. That's where Brenda Royer came in. She completed all of my paperwork in less than 30 minutes and I was out the door very quickly.
