We arrived at the dealership with the vehicle and options in mind. We test drove the vehicle and Brett provided all the answers to our questions in regards to the vehicle. The negotiation process (which is always the worst - speaking from past experience) went very smoothly. We came to a nice compromise within a few minutes - not the hours of back and forth that I have experienced. When we returned to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the vehicle, everything was ready for us. The car was prepped and ready to go. Brenda (finance manager) completed our paperwork and had us out of there in no time. We actually hung around chatting with Brett while we put our child's car seat in. Overall, the experience was wonderful. The negotiation and paperwork was seamless and the communication was great. It's been a week since we purchased our new car.
