We arrived at the dealership with the vehicle and options in mind. We test drove the vehicle and Brett provided all the answers to our questions in regards to the vehicle. The negotiation process (which is always the worst - speaking from past experience) went very smoothly. We came to a nice compromise within a few minutes - not the hours of back and forth that I have experienced. When we returned to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the vehicle, everything was ready for us. The car was prepped and ready to go. Brenda (finance manager) completed our paperwork and had us out of there in no time. We actually hung around chatting with Brett while we put our child's car seat in. Overall, the experience was wonderful. The negotiation and paperwork was seamless and the communication was great. It's been a week since we purchased our new car. Our sales representative, Eleni Chatzidaki, was extremely friendly and helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and began searching for that particular vehicle and found one for us in the color I wanted as well. She also provided us with a great many rebate options which brought the price down to something that didn't give me chest pains! In additon, I felt I got a very fair trade in value for my Ford F150 which further enhanced the buying experience. I was very impressed with the dedication at Flemington cadilac, Noha Amin had numerous conversations in satisfying my concerns to purchase a Cadilac DTS. I thought she was still at work, and felt horrible when I realized she was at home but she assured me that it was no problem. What Dedication! I was from out of state and was worrying that I didn't want to make a wasted trip but Noha assured me that the cars they sell are in excellent condition. Well I made the trip and only to get happier. The car I chose was even better than I thought and the staff made you feel like you're with friends. Noha gave me to salesman Jeff Conrad to handle the details and close the deal. We took the car for a test ride and there was no pressure talking just a nice relaxing ride and no hurry to return. When we returned from the test drive Bob Morse Pre-owned sales manager introduced himself and made us feel welcomed, he also told me that he was came from my area only 20 Mlles away. It's a small world, he talked with us and even got us drinks. Then the dreaded paper work, well Brenda Royer business manager made that fun also. The dealership with this staff is worth your trip.
