Ciocca Chevrolet GMC of Flemington

I had an 09 Tahoe that I purchased at Ayers Chevrolet that developed transmissions problems shortly after I got it. Took it in for repair at Ayers and one week after I got it back, it broke down with that developed transmissions problems shortly after I got it. Took it to Flemington GMC where their service department evaluated the problem, had to keep the vehicle for one week while parts were ordered, all under warranty and provided me with a loaner at no charge. When I got it back it ran like a charm. Even though Flemington GMC is an hour from my home, it has become my dealership of choice. Just traded the Tahoe in on a 2014 GMC All-Terrain. Made my initial contact with Noha Amin, the internet specialist who responded to my emails immediately and set me up with Eleni Chatzidaki, my salesperson. Eleni was great, very knowledgeable and cooperative. I negotiated a fair trade in value for my Tahoe with Rob Slack, the sales manager. He was very considerate and flexable. I had to order the truck I wanted from the manufacturer and that process only took about six weeks. Eleni checked in with me periodically to let me know what was happening. When it finally arrived at the dealer, they had it ready to go in 2 days. We sealed the deal with the capable hands of Brenda Royer, the finance manager. That only took about 30 minutes. Short and sweet. Overall, I was left with the impression that the employees that I had contact with honestly enjoyed their work. Quite unusual in today's climate. More

We were considering buying a Denali and attempted shopping close to home. We walked into McGuire on Rt 46 in Little Falls, NJ but were treated poorly. I am 43. I have purchased many cars over the last 22 years, and usually the purchasing process is daunting. Most dealerships feel like a vacuum of negative energy trying to suck you in and suck your blood. My experience at Flemington Cadillac has completely changed the way I feel about car shopping. From the minute I walked in and befriended Donna, the smart, bubbly receptionist (rare, but now I know of at least one that exists) it was obvious this dealership is a family-like workplace. I love my new Escalade, but got prices from other dealerships that were at least $5k more than I paid at Flemington, thanks to Robin and the manager, Ed Doll. I was not even leaning toward buying one, but they made such a great offer I could not walk away. Now my husband is not one to go for any of the extras, but we opted for the protective coating inside and out...Xyliton (I believe). So we had to bring the car back today for the treatment. The dealership had a loaner car ready to go, free of charge. Earl, the Service Tech that did the job returned the car with a pleasant smile, taking pride in the excellent job he did. Our black Escalade shines so brightly, I need to wear my sunglasses to admire it....not to mention, I can see my reflection on it clear as day. I also have to mention Eric in Finance, who worked tirelessly to get me the best deal. Eric has made my husband and I feel like family at the dealership. I will never buy a car anywhere else, unless I move far away. Flemington Cadillac is the best, hands down! More

I've never had such good customer service. We instantly liked Art and he made it easy for us to feel comfortable to ask questions. He spoke to us as if we were close friends and the thing I liked about him most was that he would only make a recommendation if he himself would do it. That shows honesty and integrity. The car really sold itself, but Art certainly made the "sale" more attractive. When we were working on numbers, Eric took over. He was extremely friendly and accommodating and he organized the paperwork so quickly and efficiently that it didn't seem overwhelming or confusing. When I came back a day later to get the special coating done on the car (I forget the word), they both came out to greet me and had a loaner waiting for me. I was told it might take four hours to get the coating, but I was pleasantly surprised when they called me in two. Both Art and Eric are great guys, and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Thank you for making this experience for me a great one!!!! More

I had my decision for a new car down to three. I just called the dealership and got Robin. We talked and I like his style. Very laid back and not pushy. So as I test drove the Cadillac and the other two, called the dealership and got Robin. We talked and I like his style. Very laid back and not pushy. So as I test drove the Cadillac and the other two, I compared Robin to them. They were nice guys but a little too pushy. So when I went back to Robin to start the process of dealing, I got the same approach. Also with Jeff Parke, his manager, who was very friendly and upbeat. Even though they are in the trailers while their new home is being built, they seem to be dealing with that environment successfully. I have not had to go to service yet, but I know if I need help, Robin and Jeff will be there for me. More
