My salesman, Tom Billington, was the only reason I purchased from this dealership. The dealership has common ownership with other's in the area. I found it demeaning that I was not able to obtain a purchased from this dealership. The dealership has common ownership with other's in the area. I found it demeaning that I was not able to obtain a customer loyalty discount - or any other real incentive, even though I have purchased numerous vehicles from one of the 'other' dealers. (This is my first GMC, but I have purchased from the same owners Ford dealership next door.) However, because Tom was very knowledgeable, extremely courteous and because he followed through on every detail I decided to purchase my Terrain from him.
